DELIVERY
     
       Only accept all orders to the address of the East Malaysia area.(SABAH & SARAWAK)

          All delivery orders are made by our dedicated courier company. Customers must not choose the courier company to use.

          Please ensure that the address you send is complete. If you find that the shipping address is wrong, you cannot retrieve it. The customer has to place an order for the new payment。

           All shipping times are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.

           All parcels arrive within 2 to 3 days from the date of shipment.

              
The mailing fee schedule we use. (excluding the temporary selection of other courier companies)

            All postage fees are calculated on our own. The customer must not give any calculations.

            The shipping courier that we choose may not be sent in a few remote areas. Therefore, if the package cannot be sent, we will inform you through whatapp.


            If you agree, we would like to choose POS LAJU to send to a remote area. But all mailing costs are calculated separately. (The fee is calculated according to POS LAJU and is not calculated according to our special transport mailing)


AFTER SALE

              If the customer has not received the package after three days of delivery, please contact us and we will contact the courier company for enquiry.

          ✵All package updates or issues after shipment can be contacted by us. We will contact you for the courier company. It takes time to contact the enquiry about the parcel. Please be patient and wait for the reply.

              If all the arriving parcels are damaged, ask the customer to send a photo first. If the damage is caused by us, the customer must return it to us within 7 days 。Please note that the return cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and we will be responsible for the postal mailing costs.
               
              If the customer cannot return within seven days, they will be reimbursed. We will not give any treatment.

           ✵All returned products must be sent to the manufacturer after the verification process, because the time required for the manufacturer to verify, please wait patiently, if the customer urgently needs, the customer is advised to place another order and then purchase. We will continue to follow up on your return products.

              Please check the product carefully before installation. If any product is found to be defective or damaged, please contact us. Do not install it yourself. All installed products are found to be defective or damaged. We will not accept the return and replacement.

             All products that need to be returned must display our mailing company receipt number. If the receipt number is not displayed, we will not accept the return plan. It is important for the customer to collect the receipt.

            As for the engine parts, if you find that there is a flaw after installation, please explain to the customer in detail. The same will be sent back to us within 7 days as soon as possible. (Send mailing costs to the customer). If the customer cannot send us within 7 days, the return plan will be reimbursed.(Please be sure to display the receipt number of the courier company. We will not accept the return plan if the receipt number is not displayed。

             Remind all products to return. If the customer cannot display the receipt number, we will not accept it. Do not accept any reason such as loss, the receipt has been wet, delay showing the receipt, and the receipt has been torn.
